Consistent with V/O Aviaexport PLC Order 16-AX dated 14.11.2017 “On approval of the cost of services for copying documents related to the provision of information to shareholders”, the following rules apply to the provision of copies of documents, alongside the cost of copying services:

1. Documents required by V/O Aviaexport PLC shareholders, the right to access which is stipulated by the Federal Law on Joint Stock Companies shall be provided within seven days since the relevant request for being familiarized with on the premises of the association’s executive body at Room 608, 6^th floor, 21A, Obraztsova St., Moscow.

Copies of documents are provided at the request of shareholders cleared to access those documents.

2. V/O Aviaexport PLC shareholders shall pay for the copying of documents in the following amounts:

• A4 format black-and-white copying 10-00 rubles per sheet
• A4 format color copying             50-00 rubles per sheet

The cost of copying does not include VAT established by current Russian laws.
